1. General Rule - Loss of Right of Withdrawal Due to the nature of digital goods (PDF files) which are instantly delivered and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable. In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 3, letter (l) of Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Moldova, the consumer loses the right to withdrawal from the distance contract if the supply of the digital content began with the consumer’s explicit prior consent and after acknowledging that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal. By completing the purchase, you explicitly agree to the immediate delivery and waive your right to a refund.
2. Exceptions (Defective Content) A full refund or replacement will be provided only if the digital file is defective, damaged, or cannot be opened/used due to technical issues on the Company's side. The customer must notify the Company within 7 days of purchase.
